Electrical Project Manager

About This Role

Lead electrical construction projects over $10 million from inception to closeout, managing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to ensure safe, profitable, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects of varying size and complexity, including large-scale builds over $10M
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress, forecasting, and performance, making adjustments to keep work on track
• Lead project teams with clarity, accountability, and strong communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and partners
• Manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance
• Track project financials, including costs, forecasting, and change orders
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety plans on-site
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate project records, progress reports, and documentation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven success managing projects $10M+
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple complex projects
• Proficiency with industry tools and software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, MS Office)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• 7+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction, with proven success managing projects $10M+.
