EEG Technician

About This Role

Perform standard diagnostic tests and special studies using EEG equipment. Identify artifacts, describe abnormal clinical manifestations, and assist in patient evaluations to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard diagnostic tests and special studies involving EEG equipment operation
• Identify artifacts and describe abnormal clinical manifestations
• Assist in the evaluation of patients
• Collect data for quality assurance and patient outcome assessment
• Monitor quality assurance indicators and ensure equipment maintenance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited school of EEG Technology
• ABRET Registered EEG Tech required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Graduate of an accredited school of EEG Technology
• 1 year experience as an EEG Technician Preferred

Nice to Have

• 1 year experience as an EEG Technician
