This role involves implementing and scaling AI-powered MTSS Level 3 interventions across multiple public school districts. The manager will design custom rollout plans, deliver professional development, and establish support structures to improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute district-specific implementation plans to maximize MTSS framework adoption
- Facilitate compelling professional development for educators on the MTSS solution
- Track implementation milestones and evaluate student performance data to meet district objectives
- Collaborate with district leadership to address obstacles and refine student support initiatives
- Conduct on-site training to cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership
- Proven experience analyzing student performance data and delivering actionable insights
- Based in the United States and able to travel up to 30%
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
