Early Childhood Educator

About This Role

Guide K-2 students in an AI-driven personalized learning environment, fostering curiosity and individual talent discovery without traditional grading or rigid curricula. This role is for high achievers passionate about transforming education by facilitating workshops and sparking intellectual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
• Leverage AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor individual educational journeys
• Create and facilitate workshops focused on essential life competencies (public speaking, goal-setting, teamwork) that equip students for long-term achievement
• Nurture an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous development
• Support students in discovering their unique capabilities and passions

Requirements

• On-site availability in Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience with children ages 4-8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Proven public speaking capabilities, with the ability to capture and energize young learners
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Capacity to participate in a compensated training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
