Early Morning Stock Associate

About This Role

This role is responsible for ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficiently merchandised store, while providing courteous and professional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting customers courteously
• Treat fellow Associates with respect and professionalism
• Follow company best practice standards in all work centers
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper merchandise presentation
• Practice safe behaviors and maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor
• Assist customers with merchandise, answer questions, and handle issues politely
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code
• Perform daily assigned sizing and recovery to maintain a neat and organized store
• Expedite newly received merchandise to the sales floor with urgency and proper merchandising

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
