Early Child Care Teacher

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Child Care Teacher to foster children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. This role involves creating engaging activities, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children
• Ability to pass required state and company background checks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required

Nice to Have

• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field
