Doctrinal Training Team Lead

About This Role

The Doctrinal Training Team Lead will manage a team supporting live and constructive mission command training for the defense and federal sector. This role ensures currency with TRADOC doctrine and supports modular training requirements for various military branches.

Responsibilities

• Manages a six-person Doctrinal Training Team (DTT) to support WfFs simultaneously and independently.
• Supports live and constructive mission command training.
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs receive the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios.
• Maintains DTT flexibility in team member composition to provide modular training support requirements to low density branches.
• Works with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet unit needs and provide realistic training.
• Responsible for managing and scheduling all Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities for each MTC under MCTSP.
• Runs the Weekly Resource Synchronization Meeting (WRSM).
• Coordinates region to region and surge support to ensure all training events are properly resourced.
• Plans and provides training reports and products to the MTC Staff on task workload.
• Maintains the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinates with MTC leadership regarding training events.
• Acts as a key leader in the absence of the SM and routinely coordinates with senior operations staff.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial
• 12+ years of military or U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Experience
