District Support Pharmacist

About This Role

This part-time District Support Pharmacist will manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, focusing on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service. They will lead and develop Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and implement solutions to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, professional practice, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure quality assurance and excellent customer service
• Oversee personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention
• Manage workflow effectively
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
• Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by maximizing strengths and addressing development opportunities
• Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to developing solutions to drive growth and improve performance
• Implement solutions successfully by leading the team to achieve specified goals
• Adapt to change and adjust plans in a dynamic community healthcare setting
• Collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes by aligning around purpose

Requirements

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
