Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals within a designated region for Global Payments Inc. This role involves direct sales, coaching, and strategic deal-making to drive team performance and foster growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals
- Achieve and exceed sales goals within your designated region
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions
- Spend at least three days per week in the field working directly with the team
- Support and guide the team through the sales process
- Focus on larger strategic deals within your territory
- Play a role in the recruiting process to ensure team success
- Oversee the performance of the regional sales team and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support through regular field visits
- Develop strategies with team members to close strategic sales opportunities
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Live in area relative to job posting location
- Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Training and Coaching experience
- Knowledge of Payments Industry
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience
