About This Role

This role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of independent sales agents to drive B2B sales of voluntary benefits for Colonial Life, fostering strong relationships with business owners and HR professionals.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents
Identify, interview, and onboard sales professionals
Provide field training and joint sales efforts
Lead sales meetings, orientations, and development sessions
Drive B2B sales
Cultivate relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
Foster a competitive and collaborative sales culture
Strengthen broker partnerships

Requirements

Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B sales
Background in building independent sales teams
Experience in recruiting and in talent development
Strong leadership and motivational abilities
Prior experience in insurance sales
