Join the Transport division as a Dispatcher, performing clerical, data entry, and dispatching tasks while maintaining excellent customer service on the phone and assisting truck drivers with route information.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed
- Handle phone calls courteously and professionally
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks
- Send and manage information as required
- Enter information into cloud-based trucking software (training provided)
- Document truck drivers accepting routes and provide required information
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures
Qualifications
- Entry Level, previous experience in a similar role is a plus
