About This Role

This role involves leading a high-performing placement team to deliver exceptional products and services for Acrisure's clients, focusing on strategic planning, carrier performance management, and ensuring compliance within the Personal Lines division across multiple states.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice President of Placement to implement and execute a comprehensive placement strategy with North American Specialty/International and strategic and specialty carrier partners
  • Evaluate North American Specialty/International and carrier performance based on key metrics such as service levels, claims handling, and underwriting responsiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and carrier guidelines, staying updated on changes and communicating requirements to internal stakeholders
  • Accountable for ensuring that the division’s placement offerings are accessible, user-friendly, and dependable, creating positive experiences for teams and clients
  • Manage carrier activities, ensure efficient processes, resource allocation and adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to assess client risks and tailor placement strategies to meet specific client needs while ensuring adherence to carrier guidelines
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure carrier placement performance, track metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing carrier placement team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the insurance and/or financial services industries, and 5 years of industry related leadership experience in insurance operations, insurance management, and/or insurance administration.
