Serve as the local chief executive agent for Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, leading local providers and contributing to the overall success of the company. Ensure daily execution of operations and manage services, personnel performance, and office management.

- Manage office operations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office
- Intermediate demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
Qualifications
- Licensed physician, registered nurse, or bachelor degree
- At least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity in health service administration
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a home health care or hospice program
