About This Role

Lead growth for Hach's West U.S. region, building and inspiring a high-performing team that drives profitable sales and captures market share. Influence strategic decisions, develop future sales talent, and help shape Hach's next era of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformational change and build a world-class, high-performing sales team
  • Strengthen systems, processes, and training to drive breakthrough results
  • Attract, develop, and inspire a diverse team of top-tier sellers
  • Stay close to customers through in-region travel to coach, mentor, and gather insights
  • Create a customer-obsessed, value-driven sales culture
  • Deliver ambitious revenue goals through strong funnel growth and disciplined execution
  • Apply Veralto Enterprise System fundamentals to elevate performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
  • Own the regional budget, track results, and drive fast, data-driven course corrections
  • Lead key business reviews, product tollgates, and strategic initiatives
  • Stay ahead of market and technology trends and help shape future product opportunities
  • Partner with marketing to convert leads and fuel targeted commercial campaigns
  • Oversee forecasting and reporting to maintain clear visibility of performance and pipeline health
  • Set high accountability standards and use performance tools to elevate talent

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience managing sales teams and leading other people leaders during periods of change and growth
  • 10-15 years progressive sales experience within Hach, the water industry, or other technical field
  • Background in value-selling methodologies (Question Based Selling, Sandler, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success motivating teams to deliver high-impact results through customer-centered, collaborative selling
  • Track record of building scalable processes and winning sales strategies through continuous improvement and Veralto Enterprise System methods

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with preference given to a major in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science; MBA strongly preferred
  • 7 to 10 years of experience managing sales teams, and leading other people leaders, during periods of change and growth; 10 to 15 years of progressive sales experience within Hach, the water industry, or other technical field
