Lead and inspire Hach's West U.S. sales team to drive profitable growth, capture market share, and achieve ambitious revenue goals. Influence strategic decisions, develop future sales talent, and shape the company's innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformational change and build a world-class, high-performing sales team
- Strengthen systems, processes, and training to drive breakthrough results
- Attract, develop, and inspire a diverse team of top-tier sellers
- Stay close to customers through in-region travel to coach, mentor, and gather insights
- Create a customer-obsessed, value-driven sales culture
- Deliver ambitious revenue goals through strong funnel growth and disciplined execution
- Apply Veralto Enterprise System fundamentals to elevate performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
- Own the regional budget, track results, and drive fast, data-driven course corrections
- Lead key business reviews, product tollgates, and strategic initiatives
- Stay ahead of market and technology trends and help shape future product opportunities
- Partner with marketing to convert leads and fuel targeted commercial campaigns
- Oversee forecasting and reporting to maintain clear visibility of performance and pipeline health
- Set high accountability standards and use performance tools to elevate talent
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience managing sales teams and leading other people leaders during periods of change and growth
- 10-15 years of progressive sales experience within Hach, the water industry, or other technical field, including field individual contributor and field sales leadership within municipal and industrial markets
- Ability to motivate teams to deliver high-impact results through customer-centered, collaborative selling
- Track record of building scalable processes and winning sales strategies through continuous improvement and Veralto Enterprise System methods
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with preference given to a major in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science; an MBA is strongly preferred
- 7 to 10 years of experience managing sales teams and leading other people leaders during periods of change and growth; 10 to 15 years of progressive sales experience within Hach, the water industry, or other technical field
Nice to Have
- Undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Science
- MBA strongly preferred
- Background in value-selling methodologies (Question Based Selling, Sandler, etc.)
