Direct Care Worker - In Home Care

About This Role

This role involves supporting older adults and people with disabilities by assisting with daily living tasks and helping them achieve personal goals, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Support people in defining their own goals and provide guidance to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life
• Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those served to ensure their well-being is met

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Meet all Arizona state provider requirements
• Comprehensive background check
• Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses
