Direct Care Worker - In Home Care

About This Role

This role is for an Independent Contracted Direct Care Worker to provide in-home support to older adults and individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and maintain independence.

Responsibilities

• Support people in defining their own goals and provide guidance to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life
• Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those served to ensure their well-being is met

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Meet all Arizona state provider requirements
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses
• Comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance
