This role will strengthen the performance, analytics, and optimization side of the marketing team, focusing on driving ticket sales and conversions across a portfolio of on-the-water hospitality brands. The Digital Marketing Manager will analyze data, optimize digital channels, and improve the guest booking journey.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across all brands
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and booking funnels
- Identify drop-off points and opportunities to improve conversions
- Present insights and recommendations to the VP of Marketing
- Assist with managing Google Tag Manager
- Ensure accurate tracking of ticket purchases, events, and campaigns
- QA analytics setups across websites and booking platforms
- Support on-page and technical SEO initiatives
- Monitor Google Search Console for performance and indexing issues
- Optimize website content
- Track and report on Google Ads spend and performance
- Identify landing page and funnel improvements to support paid campaigns
- Analyze email performance (CTR, conversions, timing)
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and basic GTM
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and action items
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce, ticketing, hospitality, or tourism
- Familiarity with A/B testing or CRO tools
- Experience working with GA4 and Google AdWords
