Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead - Inbound Zelle Fraud

About This Role

This role involves leading the detection and investigation of inbound Zelle fraud within PNC's FDO Zelle Fraud organization. The lead will analyze cases from fraud detection systems and customer relationships, and communicate with customers regarding suspicious transactions to minimize financial loss.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound Zelle fraud support
• Analyze cases generated from enterprise fraud detection systems
• Analyze cases generated from the network in the Customer Relationship Portal
• Communicate with customers about suspicious transactions indicative of potential fraud
• Report suspected fraud
• Perform tasks to sustain and improve department processes and procedures
• Review and investigate customer cases, reports, and work for potential and actual loss
• Perform early detection of suspicious activity to minimize fraud and organizational risk
• Research and analyze bank activities to detect and prevent fraudulent activities
• Identify gaps and recommend control enhancements to mitigate fraud and risk

Qualifications

• University/college degree or comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience
• < 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program

• Experience with Actimize, EWS CRM Portal, Service Browser, BlueZone (Mainframe/COR)
• Experience with Google, Lexis/Nexis, SpyDialer, ZAP, Avaya, cCas, Innovis, Web Browsers, WebView, Verint
