Desktop Support Technician

About This Role

Provide critical IT support as an IT Support Technician, focusing on Intune, Autopilot, and Windows desktop environments for end users.

Responsibilities

• Support Intune and Autopilot setup, refresh, and integration with Windows 11 deployments
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support, including hardware troubleshooting, peripheral replacement, software installation, and Windows 10/11 issue resolution
• Manage and prioritize tickets within ServiceNow following ITIL practices
• Package and deploy software, manage licensing, and oversee updates across a remote or distributed workforce
• Grant access to specialized applications such as Office, WordPress, AutoCAD, and other team-specific tools
• Support hybrid software deployment models, including self-service and remote installation processes
• Deliver strong customer service and communicate effectively with end users

Requirements

• Microsoft Intune experience
• Microsoft Autopilot experience
• Windows 10 and Windows 11 experience
• Hardware support and troubleshooting skills
• Active Directory experience
• Customer service skills
• Technical support experience
• Ticketing systems experience (ServiceNow preferred)

Qualifications

• Intermediate experience level, strong experience supporting Intune, Autopilot, and Windows desktop environments
