Desktop Support Engineer

About This Role

Support and enhance enterprise-wide digital workplace initiatives within a large, global organization. This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and user-focused technology solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Windows end-user support in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Support the delivery and deployment of endpoint security, application control, data protection, and zero-trust access initiatives
• Manage application deployments, updates, and remediation activities using SCCM
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise Citrix environments
• Collaborate with global technology teams to improve the overall end-user digital experience
• Develop, maintain, and enhance documentation for IT processes and support procedures
• Act as a key point of contact for end users, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a desktop or end-user support role within an enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows-based systems
• Working knowledge of SCCM for application deployment and troubleshooting
• General knowledge of Citrix in large environments
• Experience creating and maintaining IT documentation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a desktop or end-user support role within an enterprise environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting regulated or financial services environments
