System Administrator

About This Role

This Lead Systems Administrator role involves driving the design, implementation, and ongoing support for a secure and scalable IT infrastructure, encompassing both cloud and on-premise environments. The position also includes mentoring IT staff and acting as a technical escalation point for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, implementation, and ongoing support of secure, scalable IT infrastructure
• Manage cloud and on-premise environments
• Mentor IT staff
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems/network administration supporting hybrid environments
• Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
• Deep understanding of network protocols, security architecture, and systems automation
• Experience leading and mentoring IT staff
• Network experience across SD-WAN, switches, etc.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a systems/network administration role supporting hybrid environments
