Lead the creation of data-driven solutions and apply advanced machine learning techniques to develop predictive models, ensuring data quality and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of data-driven solutions to address business challenges
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques to develop predictive models
• Manage multiple data science initiatives aligned with business priorities
• Build and optimize data pipelines, collaborating with engineering teams across cloud environments
• Mentor team members on best practices in modelling and data management
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and clearly communicate findings
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and ethical use across projects

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning
• Expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and database technologies
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data quality tools
• Solid understanding of statistical and analytical methods for business insights
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
