This Product Coordinator role involves the implementation, ongoing enhancement, and analysis of retail and small business deposit products to achieve corporate objectives. The role also participates in merger activities related to product mapping, operational conversion, training, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Work with product team to research, identify, and implement appropriate product sales strategies to meet goals
- Coordinate the development of management reporting
- Create and conduct product and campaign training as needed
- Manage revisions to team documents such as pricing materials and product matrices
- Analyze and communicate product trends using dashboards or tracking reports
- Assist with administrative duties, including investigating and resolving product-related service and quality issues
- Collaborate with Marketing, banker channels, Digital Channels, Training, Operations, and Information Technology throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage specific ad-hoc projects and initiatives identified by the Director of Deposit and Product Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Bachelor (4-year college) degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
