Lead and support a retail team as Department Manager, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Optimize sales and ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues at H&M.

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage the team, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ensure excellent operational and visual experience for the store, customers, and colleagues
• Analyze and follow up on sales, creating plans to optimize results and profits
• Manage the department in a cost-efficient way
• Ensure total OMNI customer experience, visual, and commercial curation according to global guidelines
• Establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results
• Ensure customer service is provided, and team actively promotes products and the Customer Loyalty App
• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling, and developing the in-store team
• Complete performance evaluations and succession planning to support business and team needs
• Collaborate, plan, and teamwork with in-store Visual Merchandiser team
• Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockroom areas
• Ensure high fashion quality, visual, and commercial product presentation, with good garment care
• Ensure the full garment cycle is according to standards and routines, utilizing all tools and technology provided
• Responsible for opening and closing of store daily
