As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive culture and entrepreneurial spirit while ensuring excellent operational and visual standards in the store for customers and colleagues. You'll analyze sales, identify commercial opportunities, and implement plans to optimize results and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team, fostering an inclusive culture and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for the store, customers, and colleagues
- Analyze and follow up on sales, creating plans to optimize results and profits
- Ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
- Manage your department in a cost-efficient way
- Be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling, and developing your in-store team
- Complete performance evaluations and succession planning to support business and team needs
- Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
- Ensure high fashion quality, visual, and commercial product presentation, with good garment care
- Be responsible for the teams' planning and scheduling
