About This Role

Maintain the stability, safety, and continuous operation of mission-critical infrastructure within high-availability data center environments by ensuring all electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and real-time monitoring of data center systems
• Quickly identify anomalies, mitigate risks, and prevent service-impacting incidents
• Work hands-on with power distribution, cooling systems, and facility controls to maintain compliance with operational standards
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and coordinate emergency repairs
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and method of procedures (MOPs) during maintenance windows
• Collaborate with data center operations teams, network engineers, vendors, and security personnel
• Support capacity planning, environmental monitoring, and documentation updates

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and situational awareness
