Responsibilities

• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's development
• Effectively communicate with families
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
