About This Role

Maintain the hardware infrastructure of cloud computing server technologies by quickly and accurately resolving issues with server and network hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies
  • Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Technical aptitude
  • Ability to communicate advanced technical information
  • Good situational awareness
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Understanding of computers, servers, network devices, and command line diagnostics
