Provide technical assistance to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues in a data center environment, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware, software, and networking issues
- Document issues and resolutions using internal tracking tools
- Monitor open tickets to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform daily tasks
- Work under close supervision and escalate issues when needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of Computer Hardware experience
- 1+ year of Computer Networking experience
- 1+ year of experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in elevated locations
- Familiarity with commonly used IT concepts, tools, and practices
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently
Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field (preferred)
- 0-3 years of technical support or related experience
Nice to Have
- RAID configuration and management
- Technical troubleshooting
- Support experience (help desk or onsite)
