Data Analyst

About This Role

This role is a true Data Analyst position, where you will dig into data, own SQL queries end-to-end, validate data quality, and translate business questions into reliable reporting to support corporate reporting and analytics within a large enterprise healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Write, own, and optimize complex SQL Server queries
• Build and maintain SSRS reports supporting healthcare operations and finance
• Analyze healthcare data with a strong understanding of business context
• Validate data accuracy, compliance, and reporting quality
• Partner closely with business, quality, and IT stakeholders
• Document logic, data sources, and reporting methodology
• Follow issues end to end rather than handing off incomplete work

Requirements

• Advanced SQL Server experience including complex queries, joins, and schema understanding
• Strong SSRS reporting experience
• Healthcare data analysis experience including claims or financial data
• Ability to translate business needs into accurate and compliant reporting

Nice to Have

• MEDITECH experience
• IBM AS 400 exposure
