About This Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work cross-functionally within a fast-moving team to gain hands-on experience in political tech, customer advocacy, retention strategies, and relationship management. This role focuses on supporting political campaigns with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Intercom customer service platform, ensuring a high level of customer support.
  • Maintain and improve support documentation and processes.
  • Develop communication strategies to keep customers informed about new platform releases and features.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to contribute to product strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience volunteering or working on a political campaign or with a grassroots organization.
  • Familiarity with the use of political technology in the field.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Data or software technical experience
