This Client Success Manager will lead client success initiatives within the health communications and pharma training space. The role involves partnering with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth client transitions, manage expectations, and drive account growth by identifying and advancing renewal and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client success team alongside the Head of Client Services
- Partner closely with Sales and Delivery teams to drive smooth transitions from sales to delivery
- Align expectations and mitigate risk for clients
- Maintain strong client satisfaction
- Identify and advance opportunities to renew, expand, and grow accounts
- Bring forward relevant solutions to clients
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to scope and position additional work
- Shape strategy and own the plan for client service initiatives
- Be hands-on in executing campaigns that support sales and client needs
Requirements
- Client Services background
- Experience in sales training or med comms background (equivalent to AD or GAS in an agency)
