This role is a strategic Customer Success Manager position focused on driving behavior change within manufacturing organizations to adopt Cableteque as their primary workflow for wire harness quoting. It involves project management, data coordination, and active user guidance to ensure successful platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Project-manage implementations with prerequisites and checklists, owning the 30-day onboarding clock
- Coordinate data seeding (AVLs, customer lists) to ensure users log into a "furnished room"
- Identify the "Internal Champion" to drive peer adoption within organizations
- Monitor the gap between platform quotes and actual orders; intervene when users revert to Excel
- Run live quoting sessions, guiding users through building real quotes on the platform
Requirements
- Domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Distribution
- Discipline to work remotely and proactively manage tasks and communication
- Patience and ability to teach non-technical users complex workflows
- Tech-savviness with modern remote stacks (Slack, Zoom, Loom, HubSpot, Notion)
- Challenger mindset to guide customers to better business practices
- Workflow forensic skills to diagnose user process issues and coach them on solutions
- Project discipline with checklists and deadlines
- Thick skin to validate frustration without compromising outcomes
