This position involves assisting members with consumer loan questions by taking back-to-back inbound calls, utilizing computer programs on dual monitors, and providing excellent customer service. This is an onsite role with a future hybrid option, requiring dependable and committed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back inbound calls assisting members with consumer loan questions
• Navigate two monitors and several programs to resolve member needs
• Provide excellent customer service to company account holders
• Quickly resolve inquiries related to consumer loans
• Work efficiently and dependably in an onsite or hybrid environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone voice
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations when needed
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and accountability
