This position involves assisting members with consumer loan questions by taking back-to-back inbound calls, utilizing computer programs on dual monitors, and providing excellent customer service. This is an onsite role with a future hybrid option, requiring dependable and committed individuals.
Responsibilities
- Take back-to-back inbound calls assisting members with consumer loan questions
- Navigate two monitors and several programs to resolve member needs
- Provide excellent customer service to company account holders
- Quickly resolve inquiries related to consumer loans
- Work efficiently and dependably in an onsite or hybrid environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone voice
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations when needed
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and accountability
