About This Role

Join Lovelace Health System as a full-time Customer Service Coordinator in Satellite Oncology, providing direct customer service and front desk assistance to support patient care and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for the assigned department
  • Admit, register, schedule, and verify insurance for patients
  • Handle customer account transactions
  • Provide customer assistance
  • Perform and/or oversee cashiering operations
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • One (1) year of previously related experience
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Knowledge of insurance plans
  • Skilled in a variety of software applications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • One (1) year of previously related experience

Nice to Have

  • Associate's Degree in a related field of study
  • Previous medical office experience
