Join Lovelace Health System as a full-time Customer Service Coordinator in Satellite Oncology, providing direct customer service and front desk assistance to support patient care and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer service and front desk assistance for the assigned department
- Admit, register, schedule, and verify insurance for patients
- Handle customer account transactions
- Provide customer assistance
- Perform and/or oversee cashiering operations
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Medical terminology knowledge
- One (1) year of previously related experience
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of insurance plans
- Skilled in a variety of software applications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year of previously related experience
Nice to Have
- Associate's Degree in a related field of study
- Previous medical office experience
