About This Role

The Customer Service Coordinator schedules and confirms customer repair service calls, coordinates with repair technicians, and resolves customer service issues independently while adhering to warranty and protection guidelines. This role serves as a liaison between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm customer repair service calls
  • Coordinate and communicate with repair technicians
  • Work independently to resolve customer service issues
  • Adhere to proper Warranty and protection guidelines
  • Serve as liaison between customers and repair technicians
  • Complete reports and other assigned tasks
