Join our team as a night shift, full-time, Labor Delivery Recovery Post Partum (LDRP) Registered Nurse in Roswell, NM, focusing on patient care and staff management while adhering to policies and regulations to ensure patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing
- Perform patient care duties
- Manage staff assigned to the RN in his/her charge
- Adhere to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
- BLS certification (within 14 days of hire and prior to providing direct patient care)
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Two (2) years of experience in the specialty
- Two (2) years of general nursing experience
