About This Role

Coordinate customer service interactions for furniture and mattress repairs, including scheduling and communicating with customers and technicians, while adhering to warranty guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm customer repair service calls
  • Coordinate and communicate with repair technicians
  • Work independently to resolve customer service issues
  • Adhere to proper Warranty and protection guidelines
  • Serve as liaison between customers and the repair technician
  • Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required
