Customer Care Representative

About This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role throughout each customer's purchase journey by assisting them with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and addressing their questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with scheduling deliveries, managing payments, and acknowledging customer questions and concerns
• Work independently and on a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service
• Communicate effectively, both in person and on the phone, using strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues
• Support sales and operations team members by advocating for every customer's concerns and requests

Requirements

• Ability to provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills (in person and on the phone)

• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment
