- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide high-quality service.
