About This Role

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of commercial buildings, including common areas, office spaces, and restrooms, by performing various cleaning tasks and waste management.

Responsibilities

• Operate a golf cart to navigate the property
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas within the facility
• Clean and organize office spaces to uphold a professional environment
• Clean and maintain six restrooms
• Restock restroom supplies and ensure restrooms are clean and sanitary
• Use vacuum equipment to thoroughly clean indoor flooring
• Sweep and mop both interior and exterior floors
• Clean glass doors and mirrors to a high standard
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including wiping down all tables and chairs to promote hygiene
• Collect and properly dispose of trash from designated areas, including lifting trash from bins and transporting it as needed
• Safely maneuver trash bins and navigate staircases as part of waste management duties

Requirements

• Must pass background check
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Effective verbal communication skills in English
• Capacity to access and navigate two floors via elevator and stairways
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and handle trash disposal tasks
• Ability to perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently press, lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), reach overhead, grasp objects, bend, kneel, crawl, squat, climb, stretch, walk, stair and ladder climbing and stand throughout shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Prior experience in maintenance, janitorial, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience Operating a Golf Cart
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor maintenance tools
