As the Corporate Finance Manager, you will be the financial operating engine for Pearce’s Renewables division, owning executive-level reporting, forecasting cadence, and working-capital visibility across a fast-growing portfolio of assets. This role directly influences cash flow, margins, investment decisions, and executive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close and executive/board reporting process, ensuring accurate financials, consistent reporting formats, meaningful variance analysis, and first-pass management commentary.
- Drive the weekly and monthly forecast cadence across the Renewables organization, coordinating with Business Unit finance leaders to gather forecasts, validate assumptions, and consolidate financials.
- Own Net Working Capital reporting, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory, and Fleet assets, providing clear cash-flow visibility and trend analysis.
- Produce monthly cost-center reporting for HR, IT, and other corporate/operational cost centers, identifying spend trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Renewables, building financial models and scenario analyses for margin improvement, investment decisions, and capital deployment.
- Oversee and improve NetSuite, Adaptive, and financial reporting tools to support faster close cycles, better forecasting accuracy, and scalable reporting.
- Support preparation of CFO, Executive, and Board presentations with clear financial narratives and act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar
- Proven experience owning month-end close
- Proven experience owning forecasting cycles
- Proven experience owning executive-level reporting
- Proven experience owning working capital and cost-center analysis
- Advanced expertise in financial statements & variance analysis
- Advanced expertise in forecasting and budgeting
- Advanced expertise in cash flow and working capital management
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling & scenario analysis
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to turn messy operational data into clear financial insight
- Highly organized, self-directed, and execution-oriented
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar, with proven experience owning month-end close, forecasting cycles, executive-level reporting, and working capital/cost-center analysis.
