As a Delivery Driver for Insomnia Cookies, you will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering warm cookies, milk, and ice cream in a timely and safe manner. You will ensure order accuracy and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
Requirements
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Own car
- Valid driver's license
- Valid car registration
- Valid car insurance
- Pass a motor vehicles background check
- Smartphone with data plan
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store
