About This Role

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and delicious experience, while also baking our renowned cookies.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests and take orders
• Help customers understand menu items and confirm orders
• Provide a warm customer experience in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged
• Accurately handle cash and payments
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
