About This Role

Join the Cookie Crew to interact with customers, bake delicious cookies, and ensure a warm and delightful experience for all. This role is a key point of contact at the front of the bakery.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake delicious cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
