As a Shift Leader, you will captain the bakery operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality. You will lead and mentor team members, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold company standards during your shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift
- Communicate pertinent information to leadership
- Monitor production efficiency and ensure team accountability to company standards
- Assist in training and coaching team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Lead and work alongside the Cookie Crew team
- Provide a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices
- Manage cash handling and deposits
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
- Point of Sales systems experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Outstanding people skills
- Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
- Detail-focused and results-oriented
- Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Qualifications
