About This Role

This role supports the Assistant and General Manager by independently running shifts and ensuring smooth operations while upholding Taco Bell's standards. The Shift Lead will proactively address challenges, guide team members, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring operations run smoothly while upholding Taco Bell's standards
• Tackle problems and seek help when needed, taking initiative to address challenges
• Provide guidance to team members, mentoring and leading them to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure excellent customer service, cultivating an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied
