Support the Assistant and General Manager by independently running shifts and guiding a team to success. This role involves ensuring smooth operations while upholding Taco Bell's standards and delivering excellent customer service, primarily during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Run shifts efficiently, ensuring operations run smoothly while upholding Taco Bell's standards
- Tackle problems independently and seek help when needed, taking initiative to address challenges
- Provide guidance to team members, mentoring and leading them to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure excellent customer service, cultivating an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied
- Be available to work the closing shift (typically ending between 3:00 am - 5:00 am)
