As a member of the Cookie Crew at Insomnia Cookies, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling orders and baking delicious cookies. Your role directly contributes to providing a warm and satisfying experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders
- Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
- Bake fresh cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
- Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining no shortages or overages
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a customer service focused role
